Delete your Koda account

You can permanently delete your account directly in the Koda app.

Steps

  1. Sign in to Koda.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Select Delete account.
  4. Read the warning and confirm permanent deletion.

If you cannot access the app, email support@dekoda.site from the email address on your Koda account and ask us to delete it.

What is deleted

Koda removes your profile, learning progress, lesson answers, saved project work, AI-usage records, device tokens, referral data, and optional GitHub connection data from active product systems.

What may be retained

Limited payment, fraud-prevention, security, and compliance records may be retained only for the period required by law or the applicable payment provider. Koda does not retain your full card number.

Account deletion is permanent. Cancel any store subscription separately in Google Play or the App Store to prevent future renewals.
